From the constant technological innovation and the need for constant optimization of processes and resources, the development of a new machine concept for the squaring phase arises, taking a new approach for cutting diamond wire, but common in drilling, that is, vertical cut.
MFER is a tracked machine and is placed by a Wheel Loader on the cutting bench. From there, all the necessary steps are taken to square the bench, such as moving, aligning and cutting without the need for another machine and only with one operator. It has an extensible structure that adapts to the bench up to 8m wide and 3.20m high. The cutting process is similar to a vertical single wire cut. The results demonstrate low setup time and perfect alignment compared to the traditional method.
